4. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are subject to the following conditions:

• Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable
• Payment is processed securely through PayFast
• Airtime and data bundles are delivered to the number you specify
• All sales are final once the airtime/data has been delivered
• We are not responsible for incorrect numbers provided by you

5. Delivery Policy

We strive to deliver airtime and data bundles instantly. However, delivery times may vary depending on:

• Network provider processing times
• System maintenance periods
• Technical issues beyond our control

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided under the following circumstances only:

• Payment was processed but airtime/data was not delivered
• Technical error on our part prevented delivery
• Duplicate payments for the same order

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with other users' access to our services
• Use automated systems to access our services
• Resell our services without authorization

• Network provider issues or downtime
